Creating job aids has been a consistent task I’ve performed across all roles. Sometimes the simplest solution to a training need is to document a process and make it available to learners. Other times, job aids and step by step guides serve as critical materials to support training. This is an example of a typical job aid I might create to support learners with systems, complete with screenshots.
